ANDRÉS MILLÁN
He was a lawyer at the international law firm Baker & Mc Kenzie Barcelona for 16 years, where he was manager of the Litigation Department between 2001 and 2008. Durant that time he coordinated a team of professionals in the different procedures of civil law, criminal law, contentious-administrative law and arbitration procedures.
He has an extensive experience in the resolution of all types of disputes, national and international, especially in all those derived from the construction sector – real estate, the automotive industry and the implementation of all types of commercial contracts (distribution, agency, franchises, etc.). He has also provided daily legal advice to numerous multinational companies in various areas of business law.
He was part of the Law Firm as an Of-counsel for the follwing 10 years. He is currently part of the AM2 Legal team.

She was a lawyer in the Real Estate Law Department of Baker & Mc Kenzie Barcelona where she worked for more than a year as an internal lawyer of Hines Real Estate in the implementation of the Diagonal Mar Shopping Center and in the commercialization of residential buildings.
After that, she was part of the Legal Department of Medgroup Inversiones where she worked more than 10 years leading the department for the last 5 years. Medgroup was the real estate investment platform in Spain of the funds managed by George Soros and Perry Capital.
Lawyer Of-counsel of Across Legal for almost 5 years, she is currently part of the AM2 Legal team and she advises real estate investment funds, developers, construction companies, family offices, Socimis and individuals in real estate procedures.

LUIS UBIERNA
DEL RÍO
Luis has always combined his professional practice in the Administration and in private consultancy. He has been in charge of legal services at Parets del Vallés town Council for more than 10 years as legal manager of the Contentious-Administrative Appeals of the town Council. He alos worked as advisor to different town Councils in the regions of Moià, Sant Quirze Safaja, Pallejà, L'Aldea, Vallromanes, Montcada i Reixac, La Garriga and Bigues i Riells and as legal coordinator in the drafting of the Urban Development Plan (POUM) of the municipalities of Bigues i Riells and Vallromanes.
Currently, Luis is part of the AM2 Legal team and advises various city councils as well as individuals, companies and public administrations in contentious-cdministrative procedures as well as in the drafting of general planning, derivative and urban management tools and other issues related to urban planning and public procurement.

GARRIDO
José has an extensive experience in the banking and real estate sector focusing mainly on contractual and procedural issues, as well as consultancy to companies and individuals. After 4 years as a bank operations manager, he started as a lawyer at Across Legal and later joined Anticipa Real Estate as a litigation lawyer, working at the same time with other companies (Stayland Group, Alohause, Utopic Villa, etc.) and private investors.
He is currently a member of the AM2legal team, where he continues to advise companies and individuals in the sector both on contractual and procedural issues.
