URBAN PLANNING AND
PUBLIC LAW
We are experts in urban planning and other matters of public law, advising Public Administrations, companies and individuals in urban and administrative matters.
We participate in the processing of general planning or development, as well as in the urban management of planning areas. We have extensive experience in this area, having worked both as internal advisors to real estate companies and municipalities, as well as advising land developers.
We also participate as secretaries of compensation boards, drafters of reparcelling projects and co-editors of urban planning, together with architectural firms.
Finally, we lead the legal direction of contentious-administrative procedures in urban planning and public procurement matters.
